We are looking to recruit an exceptional and inspirational Senior FF&E Designer with excellent experience in the High-end hospitality sector on a 12 month contract basis, focusing on the management role of the day to day delivery of projects.

Minimum 9 years experience in Interior Design, working across at least two sectors; Hospitality, F&B, Residential and Retail.

Experience leading and managing teams on at least 3 projects from concept to handover, with onsite experience a must.

Minimum 9 years experience in Interior Design role, working across at least two sectors; Commercial Residential, F&B, Hospitality and Retail. Experience leading at least 3 projects from concept to handover, including on-site experience. Experience managing multiple projects and project teams simultaneously.

In conjunction with management, develop concepts that provide an original, appropriate and effective solution to the creative brief. Assist with drawing production when required ensuring the highest standard. Lead internal team meetings and creative reviews; explore and discuss creative concepts at appropriate stages in the project. Co-ordinate and liaise with external contractors, local authorities and all other relevant personnel. Lead planning process in terms of hours and drawing requirements for each stage, co-ordinating team workload, ensuring that all stages of the project are delivered.

Minimum 7 years experience in FF&E Interior Design. Experience working across at least two sectors; Private Residential, Commercial Residential, F&B, Hospitality, and Retail. Experience leading the delivery of at least one project from concept to handover, including on-site experience. And/or experience leading multiple packages from concept to handover (project size dependant). Experience managing a team independently and preparing stage approval documents and generating draft DCRs/ASRs.

This is a project role which focuses on supporting the day to day delivery of the projects.

Minimum 4 years experience in Interior Design role, working across at least two sectors; Private Residential, Commercial Residential, F&B, Hospitality and Retail, at all project stages.

Comfortable to explore/discuss creative concepts and make suggestions, producing drawings to the highest standard and DCS template requirements. Managing incoming and outgoing drawings by printing, collating and filing. Proactively participate in internal team meetings and creative reviews; exploring and discussing creative concepts at appropriate stages in the project. Assist in researching, selecting and collating appropriate and fit-for-purpose finishes. Assist in the development and preparation of scheme designs. Provide detail specific project requirements e.g. furniture sketching, electrical drawings, models etc.
