Project Designer (FF&E)

Project Designer

Minimum 7 Yeaars Experience in FF&E Interior Designer Experience working across at least two sectors (Private Residential, Commercial Residential, F&B, Hospitality, Retail) Experience leading the delivery of at least one project from concept to handover. Including on-site experience. And / Or Experience leading multiple packages from concept to handover (Project size dependant) Experience managing a team independently
Experience preparing stage approval documents and generating draft DCRs/ ASRs

Mid Weight Designer

This is a project role which focuses on supporting the day to day delivery of the projects.

Minimum 4 years experience in Interior Design role
Experience working across at least two sectors (Private Residential, Commercial Residential, F&B, Hospitality, Retail) Experience working at all project stages

Comfortable to explore/discuss creative concepts and make suggestions Produce drawings to the highest standard and DCS template requirements Managing incoming and outgoing drawings by printing, collating and filing them Proactively participate in internal team meetings and creative reviews; explore and discuss creative concepts at appropriate stages in the project Assist in researching, selecting and collating appropriate and fit-for-purpose finishes. Assist in the development and preparation of scheme designs Detail specific project requirements e.g. furniture sketching, electrical drawings, models etc.

Senior Designer

This is a Project Management role focused on the day to day delivery of Projects.

Minimum 9 years experience in Interior Design role Experience working across at least two sectors (Commercial Residential, F&B, Hospitality, Retail) Experience leading at least 3 projects from concept to handover, including on-site experience
Experience managing multiple projects and project teams simultaneously

In conjunction with management, develop concepts that provide an original, appropriate and effective solution to the creative brief Assist with drawing production when required ensuring that the higest standard drawings. Lead internal team meetings and creative reviews; explore and discuss creative concepts at appropriate stages in the project Lead internal review meetings and suggest resolutions to issues Co-ordinate and liaise with external contractors, local authorities and all other relevant personnel Lead planning process in terms of hours and drawing requirements for each stage Co-ordinate the team workload, ensuring that all stages of the project are delivered
