The iconic Femina Palast building at Nuremberger Strasse 50-55 in Berlin will be transformed by SIGNA Real Estate into a luxury mixed-use development. David Collins Studio was selected to create the interior design concepts for the club, restaurant and office space lobby.
One of the most important examples of 'New Objectivity' architecture in Berlin, the Femina Palast building has a long and illustrious history as an entertainment venue, taking on various iterations as a live jazz hub from the 1920s onwards.
Completion is planned for the end of 2024.
Through the interplay of colour, form, texture and pattern, a warm and nostalgic-feeling social environment has been created which will satisfy the needs, curiosities and desires of workers, residents, visitors, locals, and regulars alike.
